It's impossible to tell without it being lab tested, but I hope it's not.

But have you always had them or did they suddenly appear? My guess is they just appeared for the OP, otherwise he wouldn't be raising his concerns now.

Re: Does this look like melanoma/skin cancer?
I had malignant melanoma and had to have a 4 hour surgery to remove lymph nodes, tissue, etc. I have a huge scar but I'm still alive because I went early.

Glad you are getting it looked at....I don't want to scare you but since you asked it does look odd...but it could be nothing.

Keep us updated.

It doesn't always suddenly appear, sometimes it develops in an existing mole, mine did.

Melanoma a serious form of skin cancer is often curable if you find it early. These melanoma pictures can help you determine what to look for.

The American Academy of Dermatology advises that you watch skin spots for these features:

Asymmetry
Border irregularity
Color changes
Diameter greater than 1/4 inch (about 6 millimeters)
Evolving

apply coconut oil to this area, if it's cancer the coconut oil will rid your body of any cancer and carcinogenic toxins, for that though you will need to consume the oil take 3 tablespoons per day, best way to consume coconut oil is to use it like a spread (in lieu of butter)
