I don't understand when I've gone to the local social security benefits office, there are about a dozen HUGE, tall African blokes, dressed in white shirt/black tie & blue blazers.. standing awkwardly, look very frightening, ugly & menacing with this cold stare, un-willing to answer any Q's, can't understand a word they say. Same at the local council housing office. People who work in Security are thick as shit!
