 Because I think this is important. Under scenario A2 (co2 emissions rising) the entire US will have a summer 8 degrees hotter than average in just 50 years, 12-25 degrees hotter by the end of the century. Now we wait……. What's the desert Southwest in the US gonna be like when it's 150 degrees in the summer?
