Children see fathers suicide on Fox News.
Fox News' broadcast of a mans suicide left his three young children with post-traumatic stress disorder, their mother claims in court.

what if she wins? will the MSMs then NOT report on things for fear of being sued? Will we be blinded, in effect, when breaking news stories are in progress?

will news have to be 'sanitised' before we see it?

Live broadcast delays are already used to make sure things like swearing and violence do not get broadcast, they could have stopped the broadcast just before the suicide, how we would have seen it, but it would have already happened a few seconds before.

If I remember correctly, it happened in the middle of the day because I was at home and saw it. Crazy stuff.

Angela Rodriguez sued News Corp., Fox Entertainment Group and Fox News Network, in Maricopa County Court.

She claims that after Fox showed the suicide on “Studio B with Shepard Smith,” her children found it on YouTube and now are so depressed they can’t even go to school.

The perra is suing Fox? But her kids went and found it on Youtube? Fox doesn't own Youtube, do they? They didn't see it on Fox.

Extremist Muslims have committed suicide at least 10 Million times on Camera. Can their kids sue?

They saw it on you tube, not live. Then it's down to whoever let them watch it. Always supervise children when on youtube, a lot of violent stuff can be found by complete accident, and watched by them.

Re: Children see fathers suicide on Fox News.
The scumbag's name was Jodon F. Romero.

"Jodon F. Romero, 33, was wanted for violating his parole for a weapons conviction and had numerous other violent crimes in his background, police spokesman Sgt. Tommy Thompson said.

"... Romero seemed intent on continuing a crime spree that began with a minor incident in which he apparently hit a passing car with his hand, leading to a call to police.

"As officers were heading to the south Phoenix area, they learned that a Dodge Caliber sedan had just been stolen at gunpoint from a nearby restaurant parking lot.

"They spotted the car and gave chase, but pulled back when Romero began running red lights and endangering the public, Thompson said. Instead, unmarked cars and a police helicopter began following him at a distance.

"Romero drove into an industrial area and spotted two marked police units, with one officer standing beside one car talking with another officer. He veered into their lane and opened fire, missing the officers but hitting one patrol car.

"He then got onto Interstate 10, heading west toward California at speeds in excess of 100 mph. ... Romero fired at the police helicopter during the chase, but didn't hit it, Thompson said.

If the perra wins any money, I wonder if the victims of Jodon F. Romero could sue his estate, for PTSD.
