As above, so below. Has nothing to do with the Bible, God, or Satan. It is a (for lack of a better word) Pagan discription of how all things are balanced. Much like the Yin and Yang. Many christians try to make everything about God and Satan; it's not their fault exactly, they are taught that way by the church leaders.

As above, So below, is not evil or Satanic. And you don't have to be Pagan to understand it. It is just that christian religions have demonized the Pagan philosophy so much that no matter what they say "it must be evil". A tree's root system matches it's foliage for instance. Don't believe everything a christian tells you. Search for yourself and make your own decision. Jesus is Great, but Truth can be found in more places than the just Bible.
