The Chinks have some remaining morals, not those managing the US.
The PRC have some pride in making their culture survive, the US managers fully intend to destroy theirs and run off with whats left for themselves.

I agree, to a point. My issue is that China is known to hack our gov't and just recently was accused of hacking military secrets. China also has an extradition treaty with the US.

I'm thinking the either the Chinese knew he was coming and/or want more info from him.

I'm hoping he has more info and can stay alive to tell it. He's a very hunted man, right now.

I dont believe that one bit man. If anything the US is letting them hack in or they arent hacking at all, so they can create cyber security bills to track u for your safety. China has denied these allegations. Not that i believe them either but remember when the US denied the stuxnet attack on iran then later came out the US really did it? They will do anything to lie to the public to get what they want.

It sounds like he was hired by the Chinese to do this. Think about it. He's only been on the job for 3 months, and before he got into the job, he was talking and making secret deals. He stinks.

He checked out of the $330-a-night Mira Hotel, to which the local press had tracked him based on the background of his video interview, then dropped even further off grid. There was talk of his fleeing to Iceland, and the Russians apparently offered to host him. But CBS News' Bob Orr reports this morning that there's no sign Snowden ever left Hong Hong — and that investigators actually have a pretty good idea where he may be.

Local reports from Hong Kong suggest Snowden is still in town — perhaps, as The Guardian reports in a long profile of his going dark, in a safe house, seeking help from lawyers and human right groups. Who could control that safe house remains very much unclear. There are no signs Snowden has received support from Hong Kong's government... yet. But many U.S. officials no doubt want him extradited and thrown in jail.
