Refineries are very redundant; earthquakes generally don't kill employees. He mentioned Guam as an example where a major quake caused some casualties. I know that a tank farm in the Tokyo area burned after the Fukushima quake. Hayward fault is far overdue. That would be Obama's Katrina. |
