Each day, we take solid and liquid food, and the air we breathe is also food for us. As for the element of fire, it is contained in these different forms of nourishment, but it is also found in sunlight. All creatures benefit from the sun’s light, but most often unconsciously. If they did so consciously, they would find it a source of extraordinary wealth, for that is where our true nourishment lies.

Eating and breathing bring us life. But when we concentrate on the light of the rising sun, our soul and spirit are nourished by fire and light, and that’s when we feel truly alive."
