The sheriff's office drug enforcement unit arrested Timothy Paul Caulder, from Shallotte. He's facing two charges of soliciting crimes against nature, two counts of soliciting prostitution and one count of willfully failing to discharge duties

According to Gore's attorney, the former DA received a suspended sentence of 60 days in jail
and 12 months of supervised probation. Once Gore pays a $5,000 fine, the
probation will be unsupervised.

His law license is
suspended for six months.
