He was castrated before puberty so is voice would not change and Joe's gravy train would not stop. So therefore it was impossible for him to father a child. It is also why he was so messed up. He never grew up because he never went through puberty. Ever see him with stubble? No? Well that is why.
None of his kids are his kids in any way other than legally.

I agree. I figured it out when it was discovered that his kids were not genetically his. Is there any proof?
