YUP!!! Same with Viet Nam!!!
A 24 hr Dredging machine was OFF LIMITS to bombing at the mouth of the Yellow River(could be another name) which supplied Ho Chi Minh City.
Without the dredge the WAR would have come to a Screaching HALT within 6 weeks.
