Must be a small municipality, i would sell any items you can on cl to help pay for an attorney. ipod/smartphone/anything of value.

I got one of these when i was younger and the people who didnt opt for an attorney got hosed, 500 dollar fine and 2 years private probation. Basically another 200 dollar scam.
