Sometimes parents fight. If they get physically harmful to one another you should call the police, but if they're just breaking things just give it a few. If they don't stop then you should call.

It does sound like an unhealthy relationship though.

Take off all your clothes, walk to the fridge and calmly drink all the milk straight from the carton, then go back to your room.

That should confuse them long enough to slip out a window.

Hey bud, I've been there when I was a kid, I used to clean a lot when things got hectic. My advice to you is to do what I didn't. I used to feel sorry for myself and that prevented me from moving on. Understand that what is happening between your parents has nothing to do with you at all. They might mention your name when arguing but trust me it has nothing to do with you Think about the life that you want for yourself then do everything in your power to make it happen. remember, never feel sorry for your self.
