Neither Assad nor the (sadly often radical islamic) rebels are qualified and suitable to govern Syria (properly). Period.

Therefore all coalitions etc., that supply Assad and/or the rebels with weapons, are likewise guilty of war crimes and/or aiding and abetting war crimes. This is a like a dreadful choice between pest(ilence) and cholera so to speak. All of these things are harmful and should be avoided. Period.

Delivering weapons into a war zone is sheer madness and incredibly evil and all of this shows very clearly the completely shattered state(s) of the endangered souls and minds of all these hideous people, who are (in)directly involved in such destructive activities. If this very serious escalation will not be stopped instantly and completely, several absolutely devastating (new) wars and/or even WW3 could loom.

I really hope, that God and secular justice will deal timely and properly with absolutely all of these ruthless warmongers and evildoers in a very just and rigorous manner. Amen.

Right. If you look at it from the perspective of the United States and our interests, entering the war can only be detrimental to us (not to mention we've been fighting the people we're about to arm for 12 years in Iraq and Afghanistan).

If you look at it from the perspective of human rights, there's no reason to side with the terrorists...er...FSA. They've already been killing Christians and Shiites and there's a good indication they've used seized chemicals weapons. And if they haven't used the chemical weapons yet, they're certainly going to when they win because they're going to end up with a huge stockpile of 'em when the government falls. They'll be funneled all over the world. The FSA and affiliated organizations has a far worse track record as far as human rights is concerned if you actually look into it.

But if you look at this from Israel's perspective...the government of Syria is a bigger threat to them than a collection of loosely affiliated jihadi organizations, at least at the present and in the near future. They're the only nation that will benefit from Assad losing.

The fall of Assad will harm America, will harm the people of Syria, will harm the entire world. But it would benefit Israel (in the short term) and only Israel. Seems rather suspicious to me.
