However, this guy is getting a lot of face time on the news, and I am suspicious of all the news does. In the days before cable television, when the picture wasn’t coming in very good we called the fuzzy image “snow”. Remember, in English a word can mean several different things. One of the definitions of the noun snow is “small transient light or dark spots on a television screen.” There is also the expression “snow job”, which basically means to be “to deceive, persuade, or charm glibly” [ link to www.merriam-webster.com] Now, let take a look at the definition of “den” as defined by Webster’s Dictionary. a hollow or cavern used especially as a hideout (2): a center of secret activity [ link to www.merriam-webster.com] A person can get “snowed in”, which means to be trapped in your house because of the storm outside. However, the very definition of the name Snowden means “deceiving place of secret activity”. The name Edward means “guardian of wealth.” [ link to en.wikipedia.org] I don’t know what all this means when you put it together, I don’t know if this guy is legit or not. I really don’t know anything except that when you break this guy’s name down, there is more to this story than what meets the eye, and I was curious as to GLPs thoughts.
