They can't arrest Me for anything and are therefore using the Mental Health act. Because I AM not arrested I AM free to use the Internet until the Ambulance comes at 5 o'clock, and 'HE' has so far delayed a local ambulance from 10.00am this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
