They are slowly taking out every farmer they can!
Monsanto has an agenda!
They can do it easily by not funding areas until they die! Or just delay/delay/delay....then the area dries up and the people move on.
taxes keep going up in rural areas...until people move.
Policies and taxes change so much that no one can afford to live outside cities!
They attack rural home owners for anything...causing the home owners to leave due to costs involved.
It's a multi-facilitated attack on home owners.
