Joseph of Arimathea is also the man who donated a prepared tomb for the burial of Jesus after His Crucifixion. He got Pilate's permission to take Christ's body down from the cross so it could be buried properly in the available tomb.

Joseph of Arimathea was a member of the Council (the Sanhedrin). He was also a very wealthy man. He owned tin mines and a fleet of merchant ships.

Not all in Jesus' family were of humble circumstances.

Joseph was a humble carpenter (or artisan).

Mary was married to Joseph.

Jesus was put in a humble manger after birth.


The return of Christ can NEVER happen in a filthy rich Royal family.
