Thanks for posting this. Seems they were aggregated by an innocent young man who was doing nothing wrong! They were intimidated that you knew your rights! Seriously stomach churning video!

For those who know what you need to do in a checkpoint situation to be within the law without giving up your rights; please point me to that information. This young man knew his rights, was polite and was still treated like a criminal. Would this be a situation where you should call your lawyer while this is happening?
