As I'm thinking now it is an issue of mind over matter you believe something enough you will manafest those feelings in yourself. We are anything but weak my friend. We are magnificent beings with more power than most will ever realize we do have.

STOP abusing your body with too many calories and not exercising, and too much alcohol and smoking

when your body sorts itself out, which it does QUICKLY once you get your head down and sort it out, your mind follows suit pretty quickly

Maybe one day i'll come across that untapped potential i never really thought about having. Now i just day dream about living in a desolate location far away from the irrelevant noise in society. The more i stare up into the night sky, the more i notice how insignificant all the issues i face everyday are. There has to be more. This 9 - 5, pay the bills or die shit gets old.

That is definitely something i've always thought about for a while. All this caffeine, all this nicotine, all these pills the doctors say you need to take, it all seem like a vicious cycle of slow and agonizing death, first of the spirit, then of the mind. How do you escape this false "reality" they have built all around us? Everytime I look outside, the people commuting on the bus, the people in cars, the people going to school. Starting their lives over and over in the same cycle and I wonder if they ever think about how long it would last, like robots. It all seems so gray and gloomy. I wonder if these people see the world the same way I do, and if not, then ignorance seems bliss.


Edit: i dont in any way hate myself or who i am. I just feel displaced and confused about where i am suppose to take myself next.

Work from that you wake up until you go to bed with something you like and the pices will fall into place(or just 9-5..lol).

Ignorance is bliss. But saying that never goes below the surface to their heart. Your perception and what they are truely in their heart is relative to all of us. For them it is a lie we see it will they though? Everyone will be given a chance to wake up to what really matters. What they do with it separates us from each other-the ones that know, and the ones that don't care to know.

Joy is in the simplistic of things.Skill comes for those that can grab it in the most mundane things. Childlike grace-as you say looking at the stars and wondering is joy in itslef that call us to a higher understanding to realize that even with an insignificant perspective our value is not reduced it is in fact increased because of What we are.

Is there more to it? Absolutley without a doubt and what you feel this frustration is your soul reaching for it.

Thats something i would definitely want to try. I love nature and being around natural creation and not just the innovations of man. I never really thought deeply about this until now, i think about my 2 baby girls growing up in this corrupted and evil society judged by what they see and what they hear. I wonder sometimes how my life had turned up had i not been sucked into this "modern" age.

I cant stop jacking off and smoking weed. I know its bad but I still do it. its gets me nowhere but I still do it. its like I have been eating shit for the past few years when I have all the ingredients to make a good, healthy meal but im too lazy to cook it!

This is a big deal IMHO. The demoralizing of society. Very few seem to fully realize as a woman you can be breathtakingly gorgeous and still wear something decent. I just went to find a swimsuit yesterday and it was totally rediculous trying to find anything I could have cried. I am beautiful but ill be damned if I let it all hang out for the world to see.

I believe 100% in a higher state of conciousness, and I dont doubt it one bit. I just know that in my current state I dont know where to start. i read philosophy all the time regarding this, do you have any recommended way of meditating?

What are your beliefs? You have to know this before you can decide practices of meditation. Do you believe in God and is he a personal God or an impersonal one? He cannot be both. My view is that he is personal. I cannot see a God that is a source of all moral values clearly seen by people and be an impersonal God. It doesn't make sense to me. We all feel obligation toward good and evil so in that sense impersonal still makes no sense.

I will clarify by saying that I think it is important to realize these personal distictions separate from our feelings and preferences. And make these distinctions in light of essentialness to the very reality of nature and ourselves.

note weak the other way is kaew a sacred Buddhist temple and remember Buddha didn't want us to worship him, he wanted us to learn to attain nirvana zen on our own within our body that is our own temple. i was feeling similar doubt myself lately and the word weak came untangled to kaew and i researched to discover what I already felt and serenity pure and clean washed over me again and i felt peaceful again within own skin and vessel.
