Zimmerman Trial-Random Questions

I have watched bits and pieces of this tragedy when I had time. I prefer to stay neutral and not form an opinion based on prejudice nor speculation. I have more question for Zimmerman because he is alive and pulled the trigger. As far as, Trayveon...all I have to go one is evidence collected at the scene and autopsy.

All racist mudslinging, manipulative propaganda, emotional overreactions aside...have these questions been addressed within the trial? I'm very interested in picking apart the police investigation, the defense's/prosecution's strategies and evidence that should be evident.

I have learned that trials are nothing but carefully scripted dramatic shows and I am not impressed by either side for the most part. There is still a lot of missing information. I am also just curious about a few unrelated and non-important tidbits. If these have been answered then please assist in providing a link of a pic, video from trial or transcript.



1. Was the angle of/trajectory of the bullet ever addressed?

2. Was the scene recreated by forensic re-creators?

2. Was a CAT/xray/MRI scan done that showed Zimmerman had a concussion, contusion, wide spread or localized bruising along with that laceration to show his head was being banged MMA style on concrete?

3. Was skin collected from concrete (Zimmerman DNA) that corroborates Zims and eyewitness claims?

4. The teen girl witness possibly grew up in a household that speaks Haitian-Creole or Patoi or something. Was Trayveon a descendant from Haiti?

5. Did Zims father ever called as a witness? I saw his mother and maternal uncle. Wasn't his father a magistrate?

6. Was Zimmer trained in MMA? Was this brought up?

7. What instructions did the judge give the jury before deliberating?

8. The mildewed sweatshirt evidence botching. What agency screwed that up?

9. Were xrays of Zimmermans broken nose shown?

10. Was Zimmerman drug tested?

11. Was it a strategy by the defense to have Zimmer look homely & stubby as opposed to in shape? Was he advised to gain weight to confuse eyewitnesses?

12. Was the truck dusted or analyzed forensically?

13. In Florida, can the judge set aside the verdict of the jury?

14. Why was Zimmerman on tv talking about this incident before trial? You'd think his lawyer's would have advised against that....I'm just saying.

15. Are there any other pictures of Zims busted nose other than the ONE released to the public that looks fake?

16. Had Zimmer broken his nose before this incident?

17. I wonder if the mildewed sweatshirt was botched/sabotaged after it was inventoried into storage.

18. I wonder if police punched Zimmerman as a favor to help his story seem more credible.

19. I wonder if Tray snuck Zimmer by jumping out of bushes..surprising Zim.

20. Did Zimmerman ever announce his watchman title to Tray?

21. Did Zimmer ever respond to the "why are you following me question" alleged by the non-cursive reading girl?

22. I wonder if Jeantel egged Tray on or he was trying to impress her?

23. Was the "mailing area" shown?

24. Were there any dumpsters nearby the initial confrontation point and death site? If so, was it checked for evidence?

25. Was this the first time Zimmer ever saw Tray?

26. Why did Zimmer call the non-emergency line?

27. Why didn't Zimmer want to give his full name and address to the 911 dispatchers?

28. Were any 911 operators called to the witness stand?

29. How long had Zimmer had that firearm and CCW permit?

30. How did Zimmer first spot Tray? From his home? Driving on patrol? A neighbor called?


If any of these have been addressed please help me get caught up. It's been a long work week.
