Myself and two others have lived in the same '3 brrm' ouse since Aug/99. Want to bet thes photos will show 'no damages beyond normal wear and tear' and the residents were never exposed to anything dangerous. The mold they were exposed to comes under 'normal exposure' levels.
Any good comeback lines? The only one I have for lack of photographic proof is that all paperwork we had was destroyed the first time the sewer backed. (of 3 0r 4 times in 14 years) No immediate reply but I'm sure there will be some stupid ass reply. BTW I'm more than a little pissed at this whole subject so being fully polite is not mandatory at all.

Re: Renters in Alberta, beware of (asshole )landlords and insurance companies.
It may not just be landlords who are fucking clueless, look at these quotes, the first is from mu Physician, the 2nd is from 'the professional ' who read the same paragraph and said it matched the condition of 'moderate' rather than severe.

Mr. *****r reports being unable to go out to any public gatherings because he says his poor hearing becomes more noticeable when he is outside in open spaces or in noisy rooms and he finds that he cannot converse with people. he says his social activities are limited to being in his home and are centered around the computer most of the time.

(rather than being a GLP troll, lol one more for good measure)

Mr. *****r reports being unable to partake in any sport or recreational activity that requires balance including running, cycling or riding motorbikes

The two bolded parts have to fit one definition or the other from the two given below.

Moderate- The persons generally independent in activities of daily living in that they need assistance to complete activities of daily living and they may be somewhat housebound; however they are capable of continuing involvement in community, social and recreational.

Severe- the person is markedly restricted in their ability to complete activities of daily living, is frequently housebound, is limited in independent interactions with community, social and recreational activities and/or the condition is diagnosed to be terminal.

To be fair my Doctor did say my impairment was 'moderate' as far as access and functioning well enough to be able to `live alone in a 3 bdrm house'. Down the road I need to eliminate the stairs and then yard-work.

I believe that I incorrectly stated that he had nom impairment in ADL, however this is only related to activities of daily living such as personal hygiene and cooking. For these activities he is independent and does not require assistance. However there are other activities in his home which his back pain prevents him from performing. These include physical activities such as cleaning, moving heavier objects around his house such as kitty litter, snow clearing and gardening. He is also incapable of doing anything requiring a ladder work, because of dizziness, including trimming trees on his property and clearing rain cutters. With regard to these other aspects his impairment should be considered Moderate.

I hope the error is not with me and I'm just being a whinny little girly bitch. lol

It was the owner that was desperate to keep his $900/month coming in from me, he could have shut it down before I even moved in.

This was my first time feeding the NSA anything more substantial than my tracks leading to some free porn site.

I'm assuming that the pictures are available can now be accessed by any Lawyer and my having a hard-drive failure means the cloud will have a copy, but don't keep any legal docs there for obvious reasons unless you have an airtight case then by all means tip you hat.

Any further updates will be in fiction section and then real names don't mater, there will be legal documents down the road so only now will the names be changed to protected the guilty. lol

Recaulk that sink. Get a better bed, seriously! You worked way too hard to be going through this. The bed will make a big difference over time, I promise.
