Forces are out of balance so there is no telling which way it will go. Maybe it will bring rain to areas that need rain. That is good for those areas, but at the same time, some areas are not getting the rain they would normally get. It isn't normal to rain over desert areas, they are deserts and the animals are adapted to that lifestyle. If they want to turn the desert into farm land, they could. But then other areas would then become deserts from lack of rain. |

All operations are now under the cover of 'trade secret' kinda stuff, experimental thingys which never get reported unless there's a reason to submit peer-review research data...which is not going to happen.
