Umm...you have two plausible answers: Thunderstorm; which as of late have been quite powerful as of late. I live in Lakeland and can see how intense the energy is inside the storms.
Oh and a very powerful and active airforce base that conducts routine aerial maneuvers during daylight and Nighttime.
