Bartol neutron monitor is showing pulsating cosmic pattern readings WTF????????????????

what would this mean if it wasn't a glitch???

Well its either something pulsating or been switched off intermittently, make me want to know whats happening in the missing parts? Im not able to check myself, anyone know if its ongoing, or changing?

the pitch angle (from the vector where it is comming from) is nearly 130 so we know its our sun
