Re: Am I the only one that thinks Rachel Jeantel is responsible for Trayvon's death
BREAKING: In honor of her dear friend Trayvon Martin, Rachel Jeantel has decided to legally change her name to 'Trayvonna B. Shartin'
 Quoting: John Difool

Zimmerman should change his name to "IRS Benghazi" so the press and president would shut up about him.

That's funny.

Re: Am I the only one that thinks Rachel Jeantel is responsible for Trayvon's death
I really want to know the truth about what went down. He was 17 year old, and on the phone she said that.

I keep wondering if this was a black operation, and that would mean they were going against self defense and of course first ammendment rights, with this case, and that zimmerman is actually one of the crew.

The problem is, we don't know the truth, for only what can proved is legal, and that can't change either, for the sake of the people, innocent until proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt, not withstanding the entire system is corrupt.

But the media, Obama pounced too quickly on this case for me not to suspect false flag.

I don't think someone talking to a freind and expressing fears and concerns makes that person an accomplice to murder or manslaughter. They have the right to feel anyting, and express that.

Well George certainly has a target on his back from the media and this administration.

And after today, Obama just threw gas and lit the match....and he's gonna toss it tomorrow night.

I really wished he had kept his mouth shut and by Monday I think he is going to wish the same thing.

Re: Am I the only one that thinks Rachel Jeantel is responsible for Trayvon's death
I've been saying this: she put him up to it. She was on that phone encouraging him, needling him, egging him on to fight, stand up to that white cracker, school his creepy ass!

This is why she lies about being in hospital to avoid the funeral. She knew that because of her big mouth, flapping her gums at a stoned 17 year old male with a chip on his shoulder, she had caused all this.

I've wondered too; had his folks forbidden him to have anything to do with her? Was she a bad influence? How much of his thugish ways came up after her reintroduction to his life?

For you see, she strikes me as a very bad character, a lying, manipulative welfare queen in training pants. She may have known that he was not supposed to be talking to him and this is why she never contacted the Dad that night to see if her friend made it home ok. This is why she never contacts the Mom to alert her that something was wrong.

Wretchel, IMO, has a lot to do with this case and with all that has followed.

I think she kinda aggravated the situation. Encouraging him to play "bad ass" as opposed to being like a "pussy" and avoiding the situation.

I think she encouraged him to attack Zimmerman. I think this is the reason she wanted nothing to do with speaking to police, avoiding his funeral & not wanting to take the stand in court.

Why didn't she call the police when the confrontation occurred.

I've always believed she had something more to do with the confrontation. He's on the phone telling her what's going down. Do you think for one minute she didn't encourage him to go kick some creepy ass cracker ass? Her hesitation to speak to his parents or the authorities after the shooting makes me feel even stronger about her role and how things went down.

Trayvon strikes me as terribly immature for his age. Most 17 year olds know not to punch a stranger--unless they 're career criminals, which he wasn't.

Re: Am I the only one that thinks Rachel Jeantel is responsible for Trayvon's death
uh, first of all, it wasn't 1:00 a.m, it was in the very early evening, like 8:00 pm or something.

Second, what 17 teenager calls there mommy these days?

And third, who cares if they found pot in his system or if he was making 'Lean'. Isn't that almost all teenagers these days, black or white?

None of that matters.

The question is who through the first punch or was the first to escalate physically. We will probably never know.

Even if Treyvon threw the first punch, it was after he was being chased and hunted by Zimmerman.

Totally agree with this. I don't know that she's responsible, but it was clear from her behavior in court there was more to the story than she "don't do 'deaf'(death)" or just didn't want to be there.

I can see treating the defense side badly, even though that's low class in a court of law, but why act like such a little ass for the prosecution? The people trying to put the guy who murdered your friend in jail?

And why stop trying to re-contact Martin that night after only one or two phone call attempts? Because she knew he'd either gotten himself arrested or killed.

I'd bet my life she egged him on, knew he was going to jump Zimmerman and knew pretty quickly things went badly for Trayvon. The good thing is, the more she talks in public, the more she lets slip out. The truth will come out.

Re: Am I the only one that thinks Rachel Jeantel is responsible for Trayvon's death
I gotta say, I voted no and here is why

TM was a minor child. STILL the responsibility of his parents.
If I felt threatened I would not call a girl who cant even read cursive, if I was totally innocent I would have called my parents or 911.
WHY DIDN'T TM CALL HIS MOM??????
What decent MOTHER lets her kid run around the streets at 1 am.

PARENTS ARE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR MINOR CHILDREN. If my kid was under 18 and got in trouble, being white the first thing they say is .....where is the mother....and I would be responsible for whatever they did. That's why I watched my kids like a hawk.

But if you are black, they don't say.....where is the mother....they immediately say its racist not because the mother is NEGLIGENT.

Drive down any street at midnight and what do you see?
Do you see white kids? Or do you see black gangs?
We have a saying here....cockroaches only come out at night and in colonies.

TM 's mother is responsible for her child's death. She did not raise him right (as indicated by his history and drugs in his system on autopsy), she did not supervise him, she neglected his care, training and supervision.

Trayvon Martin died because his mother didn't love him.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34353211

But he didn't call his mom.

He called Jeantel who put it into his head Zimmerman was a rapist.

It's not about what he could have done...it's what he did and what he was told. I agree if he had called somebody else it would have turned out different.

He called Jeantel. Period. It's her actions and words that escalated the situation.
 Quoting: FatalW1shes

He didn't specifically call her when he noticed someone following him- he and the girl were on the phone with each other constantly all day long . That's how it came out in trial. They were friends since childhood and liked to chat all the time. Good point about how what she said made him more upset and ready to fight. I had missed that since I couldn't understand what she was mumbling at that point in the testimony.

She already HAS.

When she said, "I didn't put Trayvon in that casket!".

He words say something deeper.
Think about it.

Lying liars will lie and flap their jaws all the live-long day but statement analysis is a science of words.

In statement analysis, the liars words will reveal deception and are their undoing.

What I am saying is; Rachel is unconsciously stating that she feels guilty for encouraging Trayvon to fight Zimmy.

She KNOWS she's culpable because was involved until the very end.

Of course, she's lying. Lying liars, lie.

Now here comes the even sadder part....

A college is now offering Rachel Jeantel (the girl who could not even write the letter to Trayvon's Mother, nor could she read it because it was in cursive) an all paid tuition to their college.

When there are thousands of kids that are more intelligent than her, trying to scrape the money together to go...
And they are going to allow this Racist child into a college? Get real.

No, she would have to be smart to think that... she is so dumb that she actually believes that it is true. After all that is what Trayvon told her. And everything he told her is true. After all, he was a Big Bad Dude (according to his Facebook page before the Attorney's scrubbed it). Between his pictures of his Guns that he was selling, the Drugs he boasted about selling and buying and the people he boasted about beating up. If he can do all of that, then he would NEVER lie to her!!!
