Example: Mesa, Az a somewhat upscalearea of Phoenix where Arizona State Uiversity is located, 10 years ago 10% of homes owned by latinos, TODAY 60% OF ALL HOMES IN MESA ARIZONA ARE WONED BY LATINOS.
