There will be genetic studies that say Latinos came from somewhere in the Middle East and some very old books uncovered that talk about Hispanics coming from Cappadocia. This information will be spread to the people in China. Like how all types of Jews claim Israel by ancestral inheritance, some Latinos will say these lands in the Middle East in northern Syria and eastern Turkey are their source of origin and say their ancestors lived there before the Arabs and Turks. With the help of China they will make small armies that take over these lands that have been relatively isolated from major conflicts occurring around it. Some of the natives will accept it as an opportunity to get rid of oppressive Islam and affirm their new found but ancestral identity. They will say the major parts of the Mediterranean from the coast of Syria to Spain were places their Pelasgian ancestors inhabited before becoming Latinized and also belongs to them. Crete, Cyprus, Tuscany and the southeastern part of Spain is claimed by them.

With the help of some Latin American countries, China begins to take ships into these ports and set up bases under the pretext of helping this cultural transition. The regional powers are concentrated in Germany and Saudi Arabia, somewhat removed from these events and with propaganda they mildly accept these invasion. The countries affected can't do anything because of the economic control China has over them. As major parts of Europe has been Arabized they are comparatively apathetic to the situation. Without regard to human life, the Chinese who used the Latinos as pawns in their chess game begin to use targeted biological weapons that slowly wipe out big segments of the population. The Mediterranean becomes a de facto Chinese colony under dubious pretenses and has full access of the resources it offers. This way Chinese control circumvents the entire world end to end.
