The Moon rises and sets about 50 minutes later each day as it progresses through its phases. Always has. In general the full Moon rises around 6 pm and sets around 6 am. The last quarter (which we are now approaching but not there yet) rises around midnight and sets around Noon. The new Moon rises around 6 am and sets around 6 pm and the first quarter rise around Noon and sets around midnight. So yes, it is normal and you have just never noticed. If it was only up at night then we would only ever have a full Moon.

However I do know the skies have been lookin very strange lately & with the chemtrailing the sky lost that deep deep blue color as now its a pastel baby whitish blue... & some clouds look fake, not all, but some move unnatural like some cgi type shit & others r smeared & pink floyd type trippy shit

Yes, yes, exactly... I mean the suns rays were brightly shining up well over the horizon & the moon was straight up above, so if the moon should b on the other side where its getting nighttime then do we have more than 1 moon, lol... but they just sprayed some & now the sky is covered
