I got a threatening warning letter from the FTC about one of my businesses

It's not a criminal matter it's civil you retard, I have had an FTC case before. Most they can do is imposed a judgment against me for whatever stupid amount (most likely in the millions), I just hide my assets and plead poverty and don't pay a penny.

Someone should send a link to this thread to that e-mail address in the letter, so the ftc can see you admitting that you are in fact guilty of the crime they suspect you of committing. You pretty much just gave them the evidence they would need to convict you.

I suggest others do the same as I have and email the FTC and let them know about David's admission to hiding assets to illegally avoid paying his fines. If he thinks the gov't can't track down his "hidden" assets he's got a nice big surprise in stock for him.
