Water - the blood of nature that nourishes all creatures and the mother of life - deserves our respect, our gratitude and our love

"Because water is the one of the four elements that mixes most intimately with our body, by drinking it we can establish contact with the pure energies of the universe and absorb the elements contained in that water. But for this to happen, we must drink it slowly taking little sips, consciously absorbing the blood of nature that nourishes all creatures. Water - the mother of life - deserves our respect, our gratitude and our love. At the wedding in Cana, Jesus changed water into wine, that is to say, into blood, into life. Drink water with the thought that in your body, it also transforms itself into blood, the carrier of life. Meditate at length on this idea and say to the water, 'You that nourish all creatures, reveal to me the secrets of eternal life.'"
