Wont be that much dearer. Firstly there is no lips and bums that is left at the abattoirs. Secondly butchers mince and super market mince is the same its the off cuts from trimming the other cuts some of the offcuts are good meat scotch fillet etc others are just chunks of fat. The whole idea of mince is to have mixed cuts some good some bad and its cheap. Why would you get scotch fillet and ask a butcher to mince it? |
