You have to look at the cycle of life, once things come to fruition, they begin their decline. If evolution was at all possible, things would get better instead of rotting.

Without a Positive and Negative the Whole verse would not work. Positive and negative can only be physical forces. But there is a third force that repels or attracts so 3 does not make 2 opposites.
