I do not feel safe around police officers. I would rather have my neighbor protect me than a police officer. they better never touch me or come to my house because I do not respect them. I live in a small town, I know many of them are just getting by. I still don't respect their choice to support this police state. every officer on payroll helps to support the police state agenda, and I find that disgusting. yes it really fucking is that common in America where it's basically a daily occurrence. police either need to start quitting the force en-masse, or take a trip down to DC and stand in solidarity under the demands of arresting the criminals currently occupying levels of the federal government. |

Poor lighting? Quoting: Vic-chick13 What are the training standards for these fucks?! They're supposed to be better than this, goddammit. If you READ the article the OP posted it say's: “The guy came out with a gun and wouldn’t put the gun down,’ Officer Hanlon said. ‘He pointed it at Hoeppner, Hoeppner fired,” Hanlon said. The OP left this part OUT!! Both of the officers claim they identified themselves as police officers and told Waller to drop his firearm. They claim he instead lifted his firearm and pointed it at them. |

Simply because he was in the garage and they got scared. When I first read your title I thought the grandfather was already dead and they shot his dead body! LMAO I think it should read "shot grandfather dead" boy that made me LOL. Last Edited by geminilion on 07/27/2013 09:18 AM ..."The soul is dyed the color of its thoughts. Then wait. IF suspect starts shooting, it is easier to know he is belligerent. After an hour of no contact, shoot tear gas in to flush em out. 30 minutes later, throw flash bangs and go in. in the hour or so, it is garenteed a non combant will reveal themselves. 80% of the time a beligerent will surrender. 70% of the time a neighbor will say "Hey my neighbor is home, he is in there, he cant hear, but call his TTY phone and let him know what is going on ..." Billions have been spent militarizing the policy in america, and we can't afford to pay 5 guys and a sergeant 4 hours of OT to save an innocent life? |

That way the police will be a little less ignorant of the situation. THESE POLICE ARE IGNORANT. What happens when you mix ignorance and guns? This happens. Fort Worth police should be ashamed.
