coffee diet
So I used to drink about 4 cups of coffee a day unread of breakfast juice pop and lunch, I recently stooped about 2 months ago and has gains like 8 pounds.. starting back on the diet and try trying bro loose 12 wish me luck, I know its not that healthly but its about the same amount of vaccine that I would normally intake from pop.. oh and my dinners are usually homemade and 3-4 course dinners. Any advice or questions thoughts or personal experiences?

Re: coffee diet
I think you might be mid seizure with all of the word switching (vaccine = caffeine, etc).
Might want to lay off plans to diet for a while.

Well, I notice that on days that I don't drink coffee, I tend to eat more.

If I'm not working that day, and I don't have any coffee, I seem to be hungry all day long.

Re: coffee diet
I've always had coffee and my weight has always been between normal and skinny, but I have no idea if the two are truly related.

Yup, me 2.
My theory for that is your body trying to compensate for mineral loss from the day before coffee binge and re adjust itself by food.

and it opens bronchial passages if you have asthma. 2 cups of strong black coffee have the bronchodilating effect you get from theophylline, if you take that for asthma.

it is also a diuretic.

you may have gained water weight without it.

More and more beneficial effects of coffee are being found out.
Drink it.

Eat fewer carbs, more protein, some fat to keep those nerve endings happy.

Ignore those who think they an intelligent post is criticizing your spelling/whatever.

They just haven't had their coffee yet!

Re: coffee diet
if you are using a low carb diet to lose weight, they MAY recommend you stop coffee in the induction phase, or at the beginning.

Some people find that coffee slows their weight loss - and others find it speeds it up.

In any case, get PLENTY of sleep - it will help you lose weight.

and feel good!u2efine

There is a book, Sugar, Light and survival, pretty much those words in the title, a really well-founded and easily readable book about a lot of things.

I did not use any diet, but went to bed early - when the sun was gone - and ate more meat, less bread and pasta - and I lost 17 pounds.
