I know the vegetables here are good quality, grown in Australia, and after 1 week in the freezer they taste like shit. I simply don't buy frozen vegies anymore tinned ones taste good. |

You should defrost them first I'm sure... if ice is on them I don't think they will rinse that well. Have you got any suggestions for rinsing frozen veggies? We thaw them and then rinse them before refreezing them (the day we buy them). It might seem excessive, but I do not trust the packaging company and it's always better to be safe than sorry --- unless you want risk your asshole burning from a stomach virus. |
