[link to csc.asu.edu] “Toward Narrative Disruptors and Inductors: Mapping the Narrative Comprehension Network and its Persuasive Effects”, DARPA In 2012, the CSC was awarded by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) a $6.1 million dollar research grant to study the neurobiology of narrative comprehension, validate narrative theories and explore the connection between narrative and persuasion. This groundbreaking research study will employ multi-modal neuroimaging, combining the temporal resolution of EEG with the spatial resolution of fMRI." I remember people saying the same thing back when DARPA was busy funding and developing TIA. |

Watch Tom Kalil, Innovation Advisor; Dr. Francis Collins, Director of National Institutes of Health; and Dr. Arati Prabhakar, Director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) discuss the new research effort in an Open for Questions session. The BRAIN Initiative — short for Brain Research through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies — builds on the President’s State of the Union call for historic investments in research and development to fuel the innovation, job creation, and economic growth that together create a thriving middle class." |

Bittercritter User ID: 26255514 ![]() 07/30/2013 09:29 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | You can tell from the technical description this is no joke, somebody is working on this. It makes perfect sense they would want to do it and cognitive science is at a point to at least begin exploring the subject or it may be advanced enough to begin serious application. Whether or not they can actually implant ideas, narratives or emotions I have no idea. It seems very far fetched but then again when you have billions to play with it may be in advanced stages already. When looking at a map of cell and GWEN towers within 4 miles of my house I counted 46 of them. No way they need that many to handle cell traffic. Some other use is meant for these things. If this stuff works we are dead in the water as they can destroy our will to be free and resist tyranny. Pretty damn scary IMO. |

In the late sixties WAS determined via MkUltra SubProject 136 Op. Stargate et al, AN algorithm to determine the flow of information in and out of a Human BRAIN( it's measurable and the units are something call BinIts [ I don't know if it's BINary ITerations or BINary digIT, I really leans toward Binary Iteration]....A BINary ITeration or for single, iteration it was what replaced megahertz on how to know how powerful a C.P.U. is . i.e.: A ~entium processor was 800 mhz so it made 2x800 operations per seconds, then when a new generation with more than a core, the power was measured on BINary ITerations intracore, so a procesor of 900 mhz was at least 4 times faster than the 800 mhz....anyhow what make me noises , what makes me uneasy it's that it was until 2001 that this term was "Coined" by the industry.... That algorithm I refer was written so a refered machine could quantize the throughput. GWEN towers, AFAIK can't direct multpoint magnetic brain stimulation.....but it's an electromagnetic storm all around us.I think that random spureous stimulation from the E.M.F. on our houses can causes all kind of stimulii ALL around the cortex, unleashing all kind of strange behaviours. The year of the breakthrough was 1961. Check the multiplied violent acts, strange acting of people.... How you can defend? You can start shielding electrical cables. Imagine your house being iluminated from inside-outside , and someone watching you through the walls ...walking towards your computer, sitting in front of it. Then you turn on the machine...more light for the picture taken plus ALL the data in your screen, the electromagnetic data of your hard disk( or even simpler if you sports a S.S.D.), Research TEMPEST technology. |
