Occult means hidden. So if it's a website on the internet open to public view it would be pseudo-occult not occult. So basically they want a website that claims to be occult, to be forced to actually be occult. Those sites have made a false claim to being occult to begin with - that's why I would object to them, but don't think the government should be in the business of censoring viewing / reading material, is this a mandated thing or is it just some kind of filter one can choose?
