Obviously we need some sort of Intelligence system to preemptive strike against Terrorism. Has their been any terrorist attacks since 9/11? No. Has there been any ridiculous NSA targeting and swooping in and arresting people for whatever? no. They are protecting us. Yes its a fine line, but they are doing their job.
