Isness

As love just is, the Is-ness of The All That Is cannot be defined, only experienced. You are part of the "Is" and the "Is" is part of you. It is the all inclusive energy of Divine Love. You are a derivative of this Divine Love but when you separated form the Is-ness of the Universe you fragmented into smaller sparks. You began to define your world in ways borne of the dualistic ego-mind, therefore, limited. Know that the presence of the Isness is everywhere around you and within you. When you allow the purity of the Isness to look through you at everything and everybody as light and life expressed in its various forms, you then feel the peaceful presence of the Isness within your being.

Aspects

Some of your Aspects are being denied, unloved, feared, mistrusted, repelled, shamed, and are causing guilt. Through your judgements some of these Aspects have become demons and have grown so strong that you might have fallen into a deep chasm while they dominate and suppress you. But these dark Aspects of yourself are also your Divinity. And when you resist and reject them they cause fragmentation of your whole self and the energy becomes trapped. Free all your demonized Aspects by accepting them instead of projecting them out onto the world. Claim them fully, and love them fearlessly is order to release their power over your life.

Harmony

You have gone through both your dark and light aspects. Now you are in a place where you can respect and embrace the two, in equilibrium and energetic balance. It is the Harmony of duality with the balanced integration of heart and mind, the balanced expression of masculine and feminine, manifesting as one. Simplicity

Surrender

Authenticity

When you accept and honor your feelings, when you become clear, when you speak your truth and when you express from your Divinity, you are Authentic. When you mask and dilute your feelings or whitewash your truth so as not to seem offensive you are playing it safe but are not Authentic. Spirit gave you a gift of self-awareness; Spirit gave you your individualized consciousness and the freedom to develop it. Anger

When you feel angry towards another you are actually angry at something within yourself that triggered the feeling. Often you then project the Anger and judgement onto another. The truth is whenever you don't want to accept your emotions you deny and suppress an important part of yourself, which then goes into hiding, affecting you on a subconscious level. The Anger and the fear of expressing Anger still exist. But denial is only delay. The effort of hiding your feelings just increases the energy, making the feeling stronger and more distorted, causing misunderstandings and inappropriate behavior. You need to acknowledge your Anger. You need to own your Anger and take responsibility for it. Allow yourself to feel those emotions, breathe consciously through them - slowly and deep - and observe how they lose their grip and intensity more and more. This is how you can become free. (Anger has a wide spectrum from slight irritations, to judgement, betrayal, resentment, and rage)

When you let yourself be fed by the grand river of Oneness, you augment your vibrational patterns. And in that, you expand into increased coherency and a time-space continuum, where the sequence and timing of events become more fluid experiencing your transcendent nature. In your own Oneness you are free of any resistance ever so slightly, and you understand how the tapestry of everything is woven.

Choice

When you make a Choice, what is your Choice based on? Fear or love, resistance or joy, frustration or aliveness? To flow smoothly with your river of life, your Choice needs to be made from a deep level within your whole being, from your center of Knowingness. When you then allow that deep passionate and creative energy to spiral outward, free of expectations, amazing experiences can come into your life. A true Choice requires as well taking responsibility for that Choice. Then, become very aware of your thinking, because you can confuse and obscure that higher Choice from coming in and changing the entire outcome. You are a co-creator of limitations or expansions - the Choice is always yours.
