Harmony

You have gone through both your dark and light aspects. Now you are in a place where you can respect and embrace the two, in equilibrium and energetic balance. You are being asked to discern your own Truth from other's Truth or the world's Truth. By stepping away from the egoic reality towards the realization of your individual Truth, of what you know is true at this point in time, is a stepping stone to find your deeper Truth. Awareness and inner knowledge is leading you toward that. By living today's Truth you may face new challenges, fears, and old belief systems that can bring you greater clarity, leading to a new perspective and inner freedom and an ever deepening Truth. As you follow that deeper Truth and trust it, you come closer and closer to who you really are!

Labyrinth

You are good at analyzing and rationalizing your feelings and going in circles. You use a lot of energy to avoid your feelings. Anger

When you feel angry towards another you are actually angry at something within yourself that triggered the feeling. Often you then project the Anger and judgement onto another. The truth is whenever you don't want to accept your emotions you deny and suppress an important part of yourself, which then goes into hiding, affecting you on a subconscious level. The Anger and the fear of expressing Anger still exist. But denial is only delay. The effort of hiding your feelings just increases the energy, making the feeling stronger and more distorted, causing misunderstandings and inappropriate behavior. You need to acknowledge your Anger. You need to own your Anger and take responsibility for it. Allow yourself to feel those emotions, breathe consciously through them - slowly and deep - and observe how they lose their grip and intensity more and more. This is how you can become free. (Anger has a wide spectrum from slight irritations, to judgement, betrayal, resentment, and rage)

Sans Definition

A new energy is around you that is beyond definition; Sans Definition. This new energy is like spheres around you and very different than what you are familiar with because it does not involve opposing forces. Instead, it expands in all directions simultaneously.
