Feelings

Plunging into the depth of your Feelings is what makes you feel alive. Your tendency to avoid and shut down your deep Feelings actually deadens the flow of life to you. You are being called to honor your Feelings as they are your intuition, sensuality, emotion, and gifts of love from Spirit. Feelings are the pulses of life, sometimes fearsome when their power and strength makes you gasp for air. The feeling of losing control is frightening but at the same time you might discover an aliveness you never knew existed. Take the opportunity to go deep into your Feelings just as they are, unaltered, and dare yourself to experience a depth of awareness and sensitivity. This is true living!
