Not just by elites, but by many factors.

I look at it this way...

Humans are like seeds of a particular plant.

You know almost exactly what you will get at harvest time. It may not be 100% what you expected, but it will be close enough to be predictable every time.

We were planted here, and the Elohim already knew how all this would play out ahead of time... because we will always do the same thing... over and over... no matter what planet you put us on.

I'm sure they step in from time to time to stop a nuke and whatnot. They have a lot invested in us you know.
