"Rafael Caro Quintero ordered the kidnapping, torturing, and murder of DEA special agent Enrique "Kiki" Camarena in 1985. On Friday, Caro Quintero was released from jail due to a Mexican court overturning his sentence. The message must be sent that you are not able to murder one of our federal agents and walk away without facing justice. Today, I am calling for the extradition of Caro Quintero to face trial in the United States for the murder of Kiki Camarena."
