Anxiety is all in your mind. It's not even real ya know.  Bullshit. If someone is experiencing anxiety telling them that it doesn't exist is heartless. I've only experienced it once in my life and it fucking sucked. I had 3 weeks of misery and bad dreams, and life sucked. I was going to go to my doctor and ask for some meds. Fortunately I did get through it without anything, but to say it doesn't exist, FUCK YOU and your flowers. It's true.
