If this is what they are doing, then all it means is that their central bank is going to squeeze all the wealth from the people.
This is quite a likley scenario since it has been done across history to the Roman's, British, Americans when they were "Great and Prosperous" Nations/Empires, to gather in the wealth of the people to the hands of those that controll the flow of the gold ( money lenders/central banks). In fact in most places across history where a gold standard has been introduced, "We the people" have payed the price.
China has just gone though in the last 15 yrs one of the greatest economic booms in history and it is time for the banksters to milk the proverbial cow.
