Stocks are the same exact way since there are no longer stock certificates. They loan out those shares over and over and over....

Just go look at some of the heavily shorted names ... go to Yahoo Finance and click on "Major Holders" ..some show 150% of the "float." Our modern world of finance is one huge ponzi.

As I stated earlier its all about the arguments presented, not the facts.

Some would argue until they were in contempt, which if not taken care of could effectively become a life sentence.

While it is true this is all a joke the fact is many people just take it. Thats why it is still profitable.

When the people become diligent the games are no longer profitable & cease to exist.

Have faith in yourself, do not worry about retribution, execute that which is an easy win.

Agree, and wise advice. The world is so corrupt that at this point the best strategy is probably to just keep as low a profile as possible.

I wouldn't advocate everyone just stop paying their loans, but to avoid taking them out, and only choose battles they are knowledgeable about. The best way to keep from losing a crooked game is not to play, but most of us were snookered into the game before we had any idea what it was.

If you will look at my 1st post, the answers are there.

It should takes you many hours to draft up motions correctly, not making statements you can't prove but playing hot-potato & shifting the burden of proof.

It is indeed an art in itself, but it is very fun & mentally rewarding in itself.

I prefer calculated risk to gambling but the feeling is akin to a gamblers high, its that fun.

Now I did put many many hours in to my education so perhaps "easy" is not the best description, but I love this game!!!

I will add the following, try looking at things in a more positive light.

Instead of pointing fingers and blaming try and get an accurate appraisal of the actual situation at hand.

They gave you a contract & put you in a situation in such a manner that if handled correctly could make it impossible to be sued over or in a better outcome you might end up free & clear.

That being the case, perhaps a tad less finger pointing and a little more assessment is in order, would you not agree?

I wouldn't call it finger-pointing but just knowing what's going on, as opposed to what appears and people assume. They do count on people not reading the reams of paper they shove at you when you just want to get the paperwork over with, but if we get knowledge like this out in public, more people will stop taking out loans and start asking questions about the whole giant scam that the world's economy has been running on.

Gold/Silver bugs are mistaken if they think PM's or asset backed currencies are the key yet our system today has major flaws even though it was what was responsible for the largest expansion & technological advancements in history.

It has been said by FDR that man must govern himself or it will most assuredly be done for him. So I agree that it is sad to people get screwed over but I also acknowledge that it is ultimately up to the individual to assert their own rights.

People often make fun of country folk who say simple minded shit like "freedom isn't free", I usually notice many of them have absolutely no idea of what is actually being said.

People that complain about the police state or the government usually have no fuckin clue that it is them who makes it all possible. They "protest" yet have no clue what the definition of the word is. Nor do they understand many other definitions or concepts but here is not the place to discuss all of that.

There are no perfect solutions but it sounds like you might be able to take a problem & create an opportunity out of it. That sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

Are you actually supporting the fiat system and crediting it with our standard of living? We'd have gotten there just fine without it, and without the "major flaws", just not as fast. But even then, we have to factor in other "major flaws" such as rampant corruption in all levels of business and government. It just isn't a simple matter of fiat currency.

I do in fact know what money is. I mentioned the documentary Money As Debt but I've seen many such videos and read many documents about it. Don't call me ignorant because you don't understand what I've said.

Whatever you can, I guess.

Some say stop paying but be prepared to defend yourself in court.

Others say Agenda 21 or some such will make it irrelevant since they will confiscate all property in the name of the good of the world.

Still others say go deep into debt because the whole ponzi scheme is about to fly apart anyway.

I didn't read OP's article but to my knowledge this is true. In the loan docs that one signs has a few papers that states the loans can be sold and/or serviced by different companies. Everyone signed these docs. The issue is that loans were pooled and sold numerous times that the original wet docs are not usually in the hands of the current servicer or lien holder. Like any debt a creditor must prove that debt to be legitimate by producing the signed documents if an issue ever arises. The reality is that many banks were and are for closing on properties that they don't posses or can't find the original loan documents. Now, the documents are out there in warehouses. Just imagine how many warehouses and the size and massive amount of docs created over an eight year period. Its basically a large cluster eff.

There are ways for banks to foreclose without the original docs. It takes more time and costs them allot of money. Just because the note can't be procured at a certain time does not eliminate the debt nor transfer ownership free and clear.

Get them on Larceny by trick...
