It would be great if you were right, that ETs will appear. After all, this planet is on borrowed time and Fukushima has the potential alone of destroying it. Humanity NEEDS a real savior (not the imaginary friend of the Bible), unfortunately, and we'll likely be in a position that we can't turn down any offer of help.

HOWEVER.....these predictions have never come true. For all we know, we are just being observed by these ETs living our final yearss as a species. They may simply be waiting for us to die off, en masse, so that they can replace us. The failure of ET-arrival predictions, which amount to crying wolf, is the most reliable prediction we can make. No matter how bad it gets here, they are not likely to show up.
