It's true! You have to be willing to learn a little bit of legalese and be willing to argue/debate your point to whatever moronic lawless officer that pulls you over and doesn't like the idea of you getting a "free ride". But if you stand your ground and follow your protocol you can "legally" get your car back/ticket revoked.
Most people don't have that kind of fight in them though.

But I see what you are saying and maybe I don't have the fight in me either (on a daily basis).
