Curious if our next republican president says 'It's Obamas fault' about the foreign policy problems, will the libs have a leg to stand on?

Bush in my opinion took a lazzie faire (a.k.a. 'Leave it alone) approach and business/finance/bankers ran the show. Sure - I can see he should have done more rather than 'leave it alone'. At least we had jobs!

But the middle east - and ties to Russia/China were far better under Bush than they are now.

So - in the future can we say with historical fact "It's Obamas fault"?
